Amidst one of its most successful development years in the brand’s five-year history, Mosquito Joe hired new Chief Operating Officer Lou Schager. Lou joins the franchise with more than 26 years of naval experience, overseeing operations, logistics, safety and security for more than 16,000 personnel across three bases as the Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Oceana.
